During his twenty-five year career, Ken has successfully represented clients in the following types of cases:  antitrust, confidentiality and non-compete litigation, contract, defamation, discrimination, fraud, injunctions, intellectual property, securities, and wrongful termination.   Ken has obtained over fifty substantial verdicts, arbitration awards, settlements or take-nothing judgments.

Background

After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987, Ken joined Vinson & Elkins’ Business Litigation Group, where he focused on defending companies.  At Glickman & Hughes, he expanded the focus of his practice to include significant employment matters.
